This Sounds Magazine Tshirt emulates the one worn by Kurt Cobain promoting the now defunct publication. You can buy it for $44+ from Worn Free. Alternatively — and only if you act within the next 2-3 days — you may be able to scoop it for just $19.99 on Jack Threads.
I love RATATAT’s Wildcat Tshirt as much as the song for which it was named. If you’re not up on RATATAT, get on it! They’re one of my favorite groups. And you can support them by purchasing this tee, available for $17.50.
Party & Bullshit by Dream Team might just be my favorite use of what I call “the Experimental Jetset treatment.” [That refers to anything that is based on Experimental Jetset's John Paul Ringo George Tshirt.] It’s definitely between this one and Meme Engine’s Experimental Wolfpack Tshirt…but I digress. The inspiration for this one is the Hip-Hop classic, “Party and Bullshit,” by Notorious B.I.G. It’s an epic party song. Dream Team wisely included more of the song’s lyrics in small print. You can get it for €35 from Caliroots.com.
The Class of 2010 Tshirt by Skullastic is one of many they have available inspired by band logos; this one takes its inspiration from The Clash. There’s great brand consistency here. And don’t feel like you have to graduate this year in order to rock it; life is a school and the world is a classroom. You can buy it for $20.10.
Here’s another Keep Calm… iteration; this one is by our sister site (and a blog favorite, of course): Meme Engine. Not surprisingly, I believe that Keep It On ‘Til The Break Of Dawn is one of the better Keep Calm spin-offs. What do you think? I’ve only posted one other Keep Calm inspired tee here up until now, though there are definitely some other notable ones out there. [I just compiled a list of some here!] Anyway, you can buy this one for $27.99…but if you opted for the standard fitted tee (as opposed to the athletic heathered shirt pictured above) then you can scoop it for $24.99. Note that even though the apostrophe is pointing the wrong way in this post’s title, it is pointed the correct way in the print!
