The Typewriter Kills Fascists T-shirt by Love Nail Tree only tells a half-truth…but it’s the better half. The slogan, “This Machine Kills Fascists” — made famous by Woody Guthrie whose guitar was emblazoned with it — is printed on the shirt…and works every bit as well for a typewriter as it does for a guitar. Typewriters may soon be obsolete [if they aren't already] but the sentiment behind the shirt lives on. It’s available for $24 — big ups to In My Short Sleeve for posting it.

Brooklyn Dock by Handsome Supply Co. has that simplified, old school flavor that I dig so much. Get it for $25.

The Super Punch Mascot T-shirt would be awesome even if it wasn’t linked to one of my favorite blogs (check the reading list in the lefhand column): Super Punch. The illustrated logo was designed Adam Koford and you can get it on this T-shirt for $22.45 through Zazzle. Some people have issues with print-on-demand places like Zazzle; I obviously don’t — but one of the major benefits of using print-on-demand is the ability to choose from a vast array of T-shirt styles and colors.
