Support Your Local Industries promotes the idea of supporting local businesses through creative means and sweet, limited edition T-shirts. There are currently three tees available for purchase; picking one to post was a toss-up because they’re all so excellent…but if I was forced to choose only one*, I think I’d go with this Support Your Local Theater T-shirt. Designed by Chicago-based designer Meng Yang (the force behind SYL), it captures local charm quite accurately. I’d like to note that I came to know this T-shirt by way of Jonathan Kong from Fabrikade (an online shop that carries a nice selection of tees and various other products); if you love T-shirts — and I know you do — then definitely check it out.

*Thankfully, I’m not forced to choose only one…so you’ll likely be seeing more Support Your Local Industries tees here in the future. Awesome.
