Objectified

Objectified is a documentary by Gary Hustwit about manufactured objects and the people who design them. As the local screening date approaches, my desire to purchase this Objectified T-shirt increases. Perhaps this is because I did not have the foresight to purchase tickets in advance to the now sold-out screening…or perhaps it’s just because it’s an awesome T-shirt. I think it’s probably a little of both. Either way, I’m bummed I won’t be attending the SF screening on the 21st and 22nd of this month. I’ll just have to catch it on DVD, I guess (though, sadly, I’ll still be missing out on the post-screening Q&A with Gary Hustwit and designers from the film). The good news, though, is that there’s still time for me to purchase the Objectified T-shirt which sports the logo designed by Michael C. Place (of Build). The tee is pretty fantastic in and of itself, but the fact that it’s promoting what I’m sure is a pretty fantastic film makes it that much more interesting.
