San Francisco Gales
Bumpy Pitch is an apparel company inspired by the history and global influence of soccer, as well as the company’s roots in LA. Like most Americans, I’m not really into soccer, though I played a little bit when I was younger… so it isn’t for lack of trying. I can and do appreciate the sport and its history…and am fascinated with Bumpy Pitch’s holiday collection which is a retrospective look back at the teams that helped shape the sport of soccer in the United States. My favorite is the San Francisco Gales T-shirt with the Brooklyn Wanderers T-shirt a very close second. I bet if these teams were around today, I’d be able to count myself among the millions of other soccer fans around the world… although, I supposed they’d be telling me to call it “football”.
