This Great Lakes tee is Built by Wendy. It’s available in at least one other colorway, but this one is my favorite. A metallic blue foil applique looks (surprisingly?) good on a forest green T-shirt. The lakes make for a great print. And if you’re wondering why New York and Illinois are the only adjacent states outlined, then it gets even better: Built by Wendy is a NYC-based clothing line and its founder, Wendy Mullin, grew up in Chicago. So there’s a little bit of history in this handsome tee. I’m going to have to get my hands on a medium somehow as the sizes on their site are currently limited to small and x-large.
